Is TevaJane® jewelry pieces packaged in gift boxes?
Yes, each pieces is nicely packaged in a gift box. We feel each collectible piece is always a gift...whether to yourself or to someone else.
The item I want is for a gift. Can a gift message be included with the shipment?
Yes, gift messages are available. During checkout, be sure to check that the item is for a gift and include your message.
Are gift certificates available?
A gift certificate is the perfect gift when you are not sure what to give to that someone special.
TevaJane® gift certificates are available beginning at $10 and up to $1,000. Certificates expire after 3 months and are non-refundable. Please email or call us to purchase a gift certificate.
How long does it take for delivery?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Custom items may take up to 2 weeks but most all other items ship within a couple days after order is placed. USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2-5 days within the United States. The outlying US States and Territories can take longer.
While it is our desire to ship as soon as possible, times of shipping may vary as most items are custom made.
How does your Warranty work?
My warranty lasts for my lifetime. I believe customer service is very important. I will repair or replace any of my products if broken etc. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the item to me and back to them. Please contact me ( I will link this to your contact page) by email or phone before shipping to me.
Are all your products made in the U.S.A.?
All TevaJane® designs are crafted in Tennessee, U.S.A. We seek to find precious metals refined in the U.S.A. to be used in the crafting of our beautiful sterling silver jewelry but cannot always guarantee that all materials used are made in the U.S.A.
Is TevaJane Trademarked?
TevaJane® is a registered trademark. All images, logos and designs are the property of TevaJane LLC. There is nothing on this site granting any permission, license or right to use any trademarks displayed on this site.
Should I register for the newsletter?
We urge you to sign up for our newsletter. As stated on our Customer Service page, TevaJane® will not sell contact information, for any purpose. By registering for our newsletter, you will receive notifications as new designs are added and receive all promotional discount codes we periodically offer.
Is there a sales tax charge?
All orders placed in Tennessee will be charged 9.25% Tennessee sales and use tax.
