Shipping & Delivery

TevaJane® is happy to offer USPS First Class Package Mail.

Please email customer service for multiple delivery address options. Orders may choose USPS Priority Mail at $8.00 or a lower rate for USPS First Class shipping. Typically USPS Priority packages are delivered within 3 business days from the time we ship.  For express or overnight shipping, please contact customer service for options and rates.For international shipments, please contact customer service.  Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.Customer service email:

Privacy & Security

TevaJane® takes the responsibility for keeping customer information confidential.  We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your email address, for direct mail or telemarketing purposes.  Our website does recognize our visitors domain and address for in house TevaJane® purposes.

Returns & Replacements

TevaJane® does not accept returns for refund unless notified within 7 days from receipt of product.  We will allow a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of product.  In either case, you must notify us in advance of the return and receive an approved return authorization number.  We must receive the product at our location within 10 days of issuance of return authorization.  In either event, product must arrive to TevaJane® undamaged and in original condition.  Refunds will be credited as per the mode of payment as used for the original purchase.  We do not refund shipping charges.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All pricing is in US Dollars and to be pre-paid before shipping.  TevaJane® currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.  Occasionally, we may send out promotional allowances to established and registered customers via email or snail mail.
